You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Additionally, we will send a notification email when your order has been delivered. If the delivery is completed under specific circumstances—such as being accepted by a neighbour, left on the porch, at the door, or with a concierge or front desk, we will contact the recipient to inform them. To ensure timely notifications, please provide a correct email address and the recipient’s contact number.

Weather conditions may affect our delivery process. During the summer, flowers may have a shorter lifespan due to heat, so our driver will place them in a shaded area whenever possible. In winter, if the temperature falls below 0°C, there is a risk of flowers freezing. In such cases, we will do our best to find a neighbour who can accept the delivery instead. A notification will be sent once the flowers have been delivered. To keep them fresh, please retrieve your flowers as soon as possible.
