🌸 Orders & Flowers
Are the flowers pictured exactly what I will receive?
Our designs are created using fresh, seasonal blooms. While we always aim to stay true to the overall style, colour palette, and value shown, some substitutions may be necessary based on seasonal availability. Any substitutions will always be of equal or greater value and chosen with care.
Do you guarantee freshness?
Yes. We proudly guarantee fresh, high-quality flowers with every order. Our flowers are sourced frequently and designed shortly before delivery or pickup to ensure longevity and beauty.
How long will my flowers last?
With proper care, most fresh bouquets last 5–7 days. Longevity depends on the flower varieties and how they are cared for once received.
Do you include care instructions?
Yes. Every order includes care tips to help your flowers look their best for as long as possible.
🚚 Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We offer next-day flower delivery in Toronto and across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Delivery availability and fees vary by location.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
No. Same-day delivery is not available; However, we do offer next-day delivery for orders placed before our daily cutoff time (subject to availability).
What happens during extreme weather conditions?
In winter months, snow and icy conditions may occasionally cause delivery delays. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed if delays occur.
Cold Weather Policy (Below 3°C):
To prevent freezing, flowers will not be left unattended outdoors.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour.
If that’s not possible, a re-delivery will be attempted the following day and an additional delivery fee will apply.
How are apartment or condo deliveries handled?
Flowers will be left with the concierge when available.
For buildings without a concierge, please provide a buzzer code and the recipient’s phone number to avoid delays.
What if the recipient isn’t home?
Our driver will follow the temperature and delivery guidelines above. Once flowers are marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
🛍️ Pick-Up Orders
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes. You can select in-store pickup at checkout during our shop hours.
What are your shop hours?
Wednesday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
If you need flowers for Monday or Tuesday, you can order them for delivery.
💳 Payments, Changes & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because flowers are perishable and often prepared in advance, changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Once an order is in production or out for delivery, changes may not be possible.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
What if my flowers arrive damaged or incorrect?
Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.
🎁 Gifts & Special Requests
Do you include a card message?
Yes. You may include a complimentary card message with every order.
Can you accommodate special requests or custom designs?
We do our best to accommodate special requests, colour preferences, or custom arrangements, depending on availability. Please leave notes at checkout or contact us directly.
Do you offer subscriptions or corporate orders?
Yes. We offer floral subscriptions and corporate gifting options. Please contact us for details.
